Tip 1:
- To store raw fresh coconuts for a long time, I will share a tip.
- Firstly cut the raw fresh coconut into long pieces.
- Further, take an airtight container and then add these coconut pieces into it.
- Next, pour the water and close it with a lid and place it in the fridge.
- After two days, drain the water and again fill it with water. Do like this for every two days.
- It will be fresh for 15 to twenty days.
Tip 2:-
- Firstly take a bowl and then add a half cup of water and boil it.
- Next, add a half tablespoon of grated ginger or ginger paste, and add one tablespoon of jaggery.
- Mix it well until jaggery dissolves.
- After that, add 3/4th tablespoon of tea powder.
- Boil it for five minutes in low flame.
- Next, add one cup of boiled milk.
- Once it starts boiling, turn off the flame. Finally, filter it, and Jaggery Tea is ready to drink.
Tip 3:-
- We use cornflour in so many recipes. So if we want to replace the cornflour, we can use oats.
- Firstly take oats and grind to make a fine powder.
- Finally, sieve it and store it in an airtight container.
Tip 4:-
- In summer, raw mangoes will get smooth after one day.
- To keep raw mangoes fresh, firstly take a raw mango and peel it.
- Cut into pieces and keep it in a bowl and mix one tablespoon of salt.
- Salt acts as a preservative and kills the growth of microorganisms.
- Please keep it in an airtight glass jar and put it in the fridge.
Tip 5:-
- After making Poha Upma, after half an hour, upma will come into harder to eat.
- To make soft upma, at the end of upma making process add two to three tablespoons of boiled milk.
- Close it with the lid and cook for a minute on medium flame.
- Turn off the flame and serve Poha.
Tip 6:-
- To make a soft and smooth raitha without any lumps, I will suggest the best tip.
- Take a bowl and keep the oversized filter in a bowl. Filter the curd in the filter by mixing and pressing the curd with a spoon.
- Finally, a smooth and soft raitha without any lumps is ready.
Tip 7:-
- For making a soft and puffy omelet, take a bowl, and crack three eggs.
- Next, add salt to it. Further, beat with a whisker or electric beater for a minute.
- After that, add vegetables to it. Take a pan and add oil and make an omelet.
- Finally, the soft and puffy omelet is ready to eat.
Tip 8:-
- For making clear ice cubes, I will share a tip.
- Usually, cloudy ice forms an oxygen bubble. Cloudy ice cubes melt fast.
- Juice reacts to oxygen bubbles, and it crackles.
- To make clear ice, boil the water and allow it to cool.
- Again boil it for 2 minutes.
- When it is lukewarm, pour the water into ice cubes and freeze it.
- Finally, crystal clear ice cubes are ready.
