Today I’m attending to share with you thatย Wheat Egg Puff | Egg puff without Oven | puff without maida | How to make puff at homeย that is incredibly simple to prepare at home. This delicious food makes with wheat flour that is a lot healthy compared to boughten puffs. Due to this snack is prepared with atta flour.ย ย

WHEAT EGG PUFF

Ingredients:-

  • Wheat Flour – One cup or one hundred grams
  • Oil – 4 to six spoons
  • Dalda or butter – Fifty grams
  • Baking Soda – half tablespoon
  • Salt enough to taste
  • Eggs – two
  • Onions – two
  • Green chili – 2 to three
  • Tomato – two
  • Coriander powder – half tablespoon
  • Red chilly powder – half tablespoon
  • Wheat flour to spread – four to five tablespoons

Preparation:-

For Sheets:

  • Firstly, take a bowl and add one cup of sieved wheat flour.
  • Next, add two tablespoons of hot oil or butter and mix it well.
  • Add enough salt to taste, a half tablespoon of baking soda, and mix it well without any lumps.
  • Next, take luke heat water and combine the flour with hot water and create the dough.
  • Further, knead the dough for 5 to ten minutes. The dough must be smooth.
  • Separate the dough into five equal components and create balls.
  • Take one ball and roll it creates circles.
  • Further, take one dough circle and sprinkle the wheat flour; at that time, apply the butter or dalda and sprinkle the flour.

  • After that place, one more dough circle onto the primary sprinkled circle.
  • Again sprinkle the flour and apply the dalda or butter and one more time, sprinkle the flour.
  • Put five dough circles like this one by one. And eventually, prepare one ring by swing the dough circles one by one.
  • Then fold to half and keep it in a deep fridge for half an hour.
  • After half an hour, take out the dough circle and sprinkle the flour.
  • Next, roll it with a roller pin and fold in half and keep it in a deep fridge for half an hour.
  • Do like this three to four times to include puffs utterly.
  • After that, sprinkle the flour and roll it and cut sides, and make a square.
  • Cut the square into four equal parts and keep it aside.

For Stuffing:-

  • Take pair of onions, two tomatoes, two green chilies, and cut it all.
  • Take a pan and add one to two tablespoons of oil, and heat the oil.
  • After heating the oil and fry the green chilis.
  • Next, fry the sliced onions.
  • Add a pinch of turmeric and enough salt to style.
  • Further, add tomatoes and cook well.
  • After that, add a half tablespoon of coriander powder, a half tablespoon of chilly red powder, and mix it well.
  • Cook for 2 minutes and stove off it.

For Making Wheat Egg Puff:-

  • Next, take two boiled eggs and cut them into two parts.
  • Sprinkle a pinch of salt, a pinch of chilly powder, pinch of coriander powder on half-cut eggs.
  • Take prepared puff sheets and apply the oil on each of the puff sheets.
  • Next, put the prepared stuff and egg onto the puff sheets.
  • And take two corners of the puff sheet and fold them in one place like the original puff.
  • Next, take a pan and add one spoon of butter or oil, and heat it.
  • After heating the oil, fry the stuffed puff sheets for five to ten minutes on either side until they turn golden brown.
  • Finally, Wheat Egg puffs are ready to eat with tomato sauce.ย  ย ย
