Hello friends, Welcome to Lakshmi Creations tv. Today I want to share with you that Wheat Flour Biscuits | Homemade Biscuit Recipes | Kids Snacks. It is an ideal and healthy snack that can be part of a tiffin box for kids and adults. There are several varieties of biscuit recipes that can prepare with wheat flour or maida, or oats. It is my first biscuit recipe with wheat flour which came very crispy and tasty. It is the best snack recipe for kids, and they love to eat biscuits.

You can also try other snacks like Salt Biscuits, Wheat Egg puff, Wheat Samosa, Chegodilu.

Notes to make the perfect Atta Biscuits:-

  • The dough must be very smooth to get perfect atta biscuits
  • You can also deep fry the atta biscuits in oil.
  • While cooking the biscuits, the flame must be low.
  • After cooking the wheat biscuits, cool them completely to get crispy in biscuits.

Wheat Flour Biscuit Recipe

Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Cooking Time: 20 to 30 minutes

Total time: 40 to 50 minutes

Ingredients:-

  • Sugar – one cup
  • Ilachi or cardamom – 4 to 5
  • Ghee or Butter or Oil – 300 ml
  • Salt – half tablespoon
  • Baking Soda – half tablespoon
  • Baking Powder – half tablespoon
  • Besan Flour – one cup
  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Suji Rava – 2 to 3 tablespoons
  • Sand – 2 to 3 cups

Preparation For Wheat Flour Biscuits:-

  • Firstly take a mixer grinder and then add one cup sugar and 4 to 5 cardamom
  • And then grind to a fine powder
  • Next, take a bowl and add 250 grams of ghee or butter, or oil.
  • Then add ice sugar into oil mix it well.
  • Again add 50ml oil and mix it well with a whisker without any lumps.
  • Next, add half tablespoon of salt, half tablespoon of baking soda, a half tablespoon of baking powder into icing sugar batter and mix it well.
  • After that, add one cup of besan flour, two cups of wheat flour, 2 to 3 tablespoons of Suji Rava.
  • Mix it well without any lumps.
  • Next, mix it with milk and make dough.
  • Separate dough into three parts.
  • Next, take one dough ball and roll it.
  • After that, make circles with a glass.
  • Next, take a plate and apply oil or ghee to it
  • And keep those circles on the lid.
  • After that, Take a pan and add salt or sand, then put stand-in sand.
  • Further, place the container on the stand.
  • Then heat it for twenty to thirty minutes in low to medium flame.
  • Finally, wheat flour biscuits are ready to serve with tea or coffee in the evening as teatime snacks
  • And store it in a steel box for at least 15 days.
