INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups cornflour

  • curry leaves
  • red chili three to four
  • red chilly powder two spoons
  • garlic cloves ten to twelve
  • rock salt enough to taste
  • coriander powder one spoon
  • water as required

Procedure to make Corn Flour Mixture:-

  • Firstly take an oversized bowl and add cornflour.
  • Add enough salt to taste and add a pinch of baking soda (sodium hydrogen carbonate)
  • mix it
  • After that, combine with water and prepare a thick batter.
  • Next, take a Kadai and add oil to it. Heat the oil.
  • After that, take a tiny hole spoon and pour the batter directly into the hot oil.
  • Fry golden brown and crisp.
  • Also, fry the ground nuts, Chana dal, poha, puffed rice, curry leaves, red chili on an individual basis.
  • After that, take the garlic cloves, rock salt, chilly red powder, and blend it.
  • After that, add all the deep-fried ingredients, coriander powder, chilly red powder, and mix it.
  • Finally, the cornflour mixture is able to serve.
