Onion Rings Recipe:-

Ingredients:-
- Onions – 3
- Rice Flour – half cup
- Maida – half cup
- Salt – one spoon
- Red chilly powder one to 2 spoons
- Water
- Bread Crumbs one cup
- Oil – 250 ml
Procedure:-
- Take three onions and take away the outer skin.
- Then cut the onions into a medium ring form, and separate each.
- Keep aside the onion rings.
- Next, take a bowl and add half a cup of rice flour.
- And add half a cup of Maida and add salt enough to taste.
- Next, add one tablespoon of chilly red powder enough to taste; if you would like to be spicy, add an extra spoon of chilly powder.
- Mix it well.
- After that, add water to make a thick paste. That ought to be like dosa batter consistency with none of the lumps.
- Next, take one cup of bread crumbs.
- Then take onion rings, dip those onion rings into rice flour and maida batter, and coat well.
- After that, drop the coated onion ring into bread crumbs and coat well.
- For double coating once more, dip the onion ring into maida batter and bread crumbs and keep it aside and wet thoroughly.
- Like this dip, all the onion rings into batter and bread crumbs.
- Next, take a pan and add 250ml of oil into it.
- Heat the oil, When heating the deep oil fry the onions till it involves to brownness.
- Finally, fancy the onion rings with tomato sauce as a tea time snack.
